Appalachian Sharing Network

Appalachian Sharing Network distributes donated corporate surplus to non-profits across West Virginia, southern Ohio and eastern Kentucky. Acceptable inventory donations range from excess, off lease, obsolete and end-of-the-season merchandise. This includes computers to building product overruns and products nearing expiration dates. These goods are FREE of charge! Any non-profit, house of worship, municipality, or educational program can apply to participate. Appalachian Sharing Network makes it easier for CEO’s, managers and CIO’s to make a different in the lives of the people of Appalachia by donating their surplus stock. Here what your organization will have to do. • Request an application packet, fill it out and return it. We must have copy of your non-profit status or we cannot process your application. • Agree only to re-distribute the donated goods to people or groups you are serving—no bartering or re-selling allowed. • Receive an ID card and designate who will pick up goods—you can’t pick up goods without a card. • We will put your organization on a call list as we receive products in, we will call you to make arrangements for pick up. Please bring help—recipients are responsible for loading their own trucks.
